What is Shewa?

It is the service one does for himself and for others with true heart without expecting something in return.

 

How can I do Shewa?

There are many ways of doing seva. A simple example is that if you encounter or have any hymn, devotional song, prayer, story, transcribed preachings of Sai, etc. which is not found on the web page then kindly email the content to

Furthermore, listening to satsangs (religious discourses) and reflecting upon them is also considered as "shewa. Other types of seva include but are not limited to  making oblations and offering it to others, giving time to the elderly and conversing with them, spending our time with others, sharing food with the needy, etc.
